What counts as a contract obligation?

Keep the register useful
Give every obligation one named owner, a first due date and a frequency. Review overdue items weekly, and add new obligations when a contract is signed, not when something goes wrong.

What is a contract obligation register?
A list of everything your contracts require you or the supplier to do, with owners and due dates, so nothing is missed.
How are recurring dates calculated?
From the first due date, adding the frequency (for example every 3 months for quarterly) until the end of the horizon. Month-end dates stay at month-end.
Is my data uploaded?
No. The schedule is built in your browser and nothing is sent to a server.
Can I import the schedule into my calendar?
Yes. The .ics file works with Outlook, Google Calendar and Apple Calendar, and includes a reminder for each due date.
